Mystery boxes include a surprise mix of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy snacks, such as chips, cookies, candies, pastries, plus more!

Curated boxes follow specific themes like chocolate or KitKats from similar countries.

Where do the snacks come from?

Everywhere! Each box features a curated mix from at least 6 different countries, ranging from Japan and Turkey to Mexico and Thailand, plus many more.

Do you cater to allergies?

Currently, our boxes are a 'Mystery Mix' and may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, fish, gluten, milk, and all other major allergens. We recommend adventurous eaters without severe allergies give us a try.

Are the snacks all full-size or small?

Most are snacks are full-size or mid-size. We want you to really experience the flavor!

Can I swap my snacks?

To keep the 'Discovery' element alive, the snacks are a surprise! However, our Premium boxes allow for more customization.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. But if anything arrives damaged or missing, email us! We’ll make it right.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and add a gift note (if available). 

When will my box/order ship?

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Subscribers get priority 'Front of the Line' fulfillment every month.

Can I track my snack journey?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number via email the second your box leaves our warehouse.

What if a snack arrives damaged?

Global travel can be bumpy! If any snack arrives in less-than-perfect condition, just send us a photo and we’ll make it right.

Can I subscribe and cancel later? Or am I locked into a contract?
