Every assortment rotates, but expect a curated mix of chips, cookies, candy, pastries and other sweet, salty, chewy and crunchy finds.
Where do the snacks come from?＋
Every mystery box explores snacks from at least six countries across regions such as Asia, Europe, Latin America and beyond.
Can I choose or swap the snacks?＋
The surprise is part of the experience, so individual items cannot be selected or swapped. Assortments rotate with availability.
What if I have food allergies?＋
International assortments can contain common allergens and labels may vary by country. Review each package before consuming; mystery boxes are not customized for dietary restrictions.
Am I locked into a subscription?＋
No. Monthly and every-two-month subscriptions can be paused, skipped or canceled. Prepaid plans follow the term selected at checkout.
Will Box 2 contain the same snacks?＋
No. Box 2 continues the trail with a new rotating assortment and another themed Drop. Subscribers also save 15% on Box 2, unlock free shipping and continue receiving Bonus Bites.
What’s the difference between the three boxes?＋
The Teaser is a compact first trip with 12 snacks. The Plot Twist expands the tasting to 16 snacks. The Main Character is the full flagship experience with 20 snacks plus one international drink. Every tier explores at least six countries.
When will my box ship, and how does shipping work?＋
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and may take up to 7 business days to ship, though many leave sooner. Tracking is sent when your box is on the way. Shipping for Box 1 and one-time purchases is calculated at checkout; subscriber free shipping begins with Box 2.
